This is an illustration of the giant citrus fruit with tough skin, called as 'Shishi-yuzu' in Japan. It is also called 'Oni-yuzu' and can reach a diameter of about the size of a palm, making it a large variety. Although it has the name yuzu, it is classified as a subspecies of pomelo.By the way, 'Shishi' in Japanese refers to lions, and 'Oni' means a demon or ogre. This conveys their shocking appearance.
