What's "Fruit" ?
The illustrations of fruits presented on this page generally indicate what is commonly understood as fruit. In particular, they refer to those that grow into large trees and produce edible fruits or seeds, and they include sweet fruits that are typically consumed as desserts, such as 'watermelon' and 'strawberries'. When thinking of well-known fruits, 'apples' and 'strawberries' come to mind. Even among apples, there are the commonly seen bright red ones and yellow apples as well. Similarly, while there are large, bright red strawberries, there are also completely white strawberries. Even within fruits that are considered the same, there are various types and differences in appearance. Depending on the viewpoint, condition, and season, the image can change each time. We will feature a diverse range of illustrations.
